Now Hiring - Engineering Sales Support in Malden, MA

DCNE is currently seeking full-time Engineering Support to join the team at the Malden, MA location, Monday - Friday. Competitive salary plus incentives offered, including medical, dental, and 401K.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Plan and Spec estimator with job take-offs and bid preparation.
• Support inbound questions and requests for Plan and Spec projects.
• Assist in general management and further development of Plan and Spec CRM system.
• Assist in obtaining external and internal project feedback.
• Support the contractor sales efforts of the outside Applied Sales Engineers (SE).
• Support the equipment sales and specification efforts of the Consulting Sales Engineers.
• Provide formal equipment submittal data packages as necessary to support the Business Unit.
• Assist with all general inquiries regarding; product availability, inventory levels and lead-time, product specification * Assist with technical issues, applications, operations and troubleshooting efforts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Engineering Sales Manager.
